  17. to recruit and hire 500+ qualified computer professionals over the next 12-18 months.  Our client has 
  18. positions for permanent "IT" professionals with the following minimum requirements:

  20.     Four Year College Degree required, prefer "IT" disciplines - others acceptable.

  22. The client is presently staffing two platforms within their MIS organization:  (1) IBM Mainframe, and (2) 
  23. Micro/Mid-Range/Client Server.

  25. IBM Mainframe (MF) positions:

  28.     Corporate Technical "HR" Recruiters (MF)
  29.         2-5 years demonstrated recruiting, interviewing, hiring "IT" professionals with 
  30.         high candidate volume throughput.  
  31.         Salary Range: 40-70K, plus per hire incentives bonus.

  33.     Project Managers (MF)
  34.         Strong 3-5+ years demonstrated full-life cycle project management     
  35.         experience.  Relational database development, ADABASE/NATURAL and 
  36.         Client Server is a plus. 
  37.         Salary Range: 60-80K
  38.  
  39.     Programmer, Programmer/Analyst, Technical Systems Analyst (MF)
  40.         Full life-cycle relational database development, 3-5+ years demonstrated 
  41.         experience with ADABASE/NATURAL, Client Server is a plus. 
  42.         Salary Range: 55-63K+
